Trevor's birthday party

This is me sitting next to Trevor.

So... Trevor's birthday was on Wednesday. We had a party.

It was super fun. Friends, kids, beautiful 

music (see here and here and here).

It was good to celebrate Trevor's life.

I served mexican food... fresh salsa, chunky guac, mexican

rice, and carnitas and fish for tacos.

I made this recipe for carnitas, and I misunderstood the 

part about rubbing salt onto the meat. I thought he meant

extra salt, not the 2 tablespoons. It was way too salty :)

But I made it again today, and it is AMAZING.
